Pros
Many of the other Engineers who I work with are very skilled and knowledgeable. There are many opportunities to those willing to put in the work. Definitely the best paying company in the area with compelling benefits. Education incentives are excellent.
Cons
There are too many chief and not enough Indians. The downside to Boeing rewarding those who put in the extra mile is that it introduces a lot of competition and internal conflict. Organizations are in a yearly conflict for internal funding with each other. There is also a tendency for ineffective leadership to use what little time, labor, and funding to implement their bad ideas that add little or no value to the company.
