We appreciate everyone’s feedback and shared experience, whether it is positive or negative. This provides our leadership team an opportunity to understand where we are excelling and where we might have the opportunity to address particular experiences.
Since March 2020, Bond has added over 200 net new roles. Due to our current climate we can see the market is experiencing higher than usual attrition rates across a multitude of industries. We strive to be ahead of this and ensure our team members and people leaders feel supported and have all necessary resources available to them, whether that’s time away, wellness, and/or accommodations around individual needs.
Our diverse leadership team takes a human-centric approach to ensure our team members are equipped and supported throughout these times. At the beginning of the pandemic, Bond, like many other organizations had to quickly pivot. This resulted in some temporary actions which were taken with a people-first lens. As a result of this people-first focus, we paid a portion of our 2021 bonuses in advance to demonstrate our ongoing commitment.
We understand that there is not a one size fits all approach to suit the needs of every individual. Our flexible vacation policy allows employees to take the time they need. Should you find yourself requiring time away that is not being accommodated, it would be best to reach out to your People & Values Business Partner for further assistance.
