Pros

Great experience working at the community, met some really nice people that genuinely appreciated the efforts the concierge staff put in .

Cons

Low level employees are treated like they are disposable and they rely on temps to fill in . turn over is extremely high , 14 in 1 year at the property I worked at .zero support by management, no on site training , you expected to find out everything yourself or from a coworker . Management is arrogant and disrespectful. After months of exceptional service to the community and outstanding online reviews I was forced to resign .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you've experienced our people-first culture and supportive work environment. Building meaningful relationships, maintaining high standards and fostering a strong sense of community are all important parts of our company. We also appreciate your perspective on weekend work. We ensure our team members receive an equivalent amount of time off during the week when working weekends. Our employee's work-life balance is a priority. Thank you again for your review and for everything you contribute to our communities. Sincerely, Caroline, B. SVP.
