Pros

Work Life Balance, Pay is ok

Cons

Concierge are treated like second class, subject to whims of managment and leasing teams. Concierge team not provided hazzard pay during covid unless you get sick. Concierge team is forced to play covid cops while leasing and managment allow residents in public areas with no mask.

Building meaningful relationships, maintaining high standards and fostering a strong sense of community are all important parts of our company. We also appreciate your perspective on weekend work. We ensure our team members receive an equivalent amount of time off during the week when working weekends. Our employee's work-life balance is a priority.
