      Pros

      -Good benefits -Reputable company -Co-workers are fun and nice -Ownership is very involved

      Cons

      -No weekends free. (maybe one a month) -Be prepared to work holidays as they only give a few off days. Christmas eve office is open until 4pm. -Bonus structure has drastically changed and bonuses were cut in half. -
