      Tough Work/Life Balance for Low Pay - Sales and Marketing Associate Bozzuto Employee Review

      Pros

      -If you get lucky and join a good team work can be tolerable. I encountered great people at my property, staff and residents. -The company seemed like there was lots of support and at times there were helpful associates to lean on.

      Cons

      -The pay was low compared to competitors, but the promise of commision was suppose to supplement the salary. -I was one of the top leasing agents during one of the summer months(busy season) and the commision didn't end up amounting to much. -The upper management was very hard on staff and detached from the property level. -The residents just added onto the stressful office enviroment, angry e-mails/phones, complaints, lawsuits, breaking building rules, etc. -There is no work life balance, you're expected to work weekends and ovetime without additional compensation
