      Pros

      National company but still feels small and easy to navigate. Executive Leadership and C-Suite are very approachable and are always forward facing. Cutting edge policies and allows teams to be empowered to make the best business decisons.

      Cons

      As the organization grows there are growing pains to be expected, there are many surveys to help identify and address them the best way possible. Sometimes new software's or programs are released prematurely without clear direction and has to be rolled back to be fine tuned.
