My experience at Bridebook has been really positive. The culture is one of the biggest highlights for me - an open, friendly, supportive team, united by a shared drive to do the best possible job for couples and businesses. There is a lot of fun in the work we do, and also lots of opportunities to socialise and celebrate together after work. There is a real sense of purpose to the work we do, which in my opinion makes a huge difference to your day-to-day. Everyone knows the impact their work will have, and they care about it, which comes across in the quality of work and the collaboration. The thing I value the most is the autonomy and trust. You're empowered to take ownership and bring ideas to life - without excessive levels of sign off and process. It's a very fast-paced environment, which I really enjoy. Like many scaling companies, there's a lot to do and priorities can shift, but for me, that's what keeps things fresh and exciting.
