Pros
The benefits, especially the flight perks, are pretty good. Big global brand so opportunity to work with people all around the world.
Cons
The pay lower than the market average. Workload demands mean the work/life balance doesnt really exist. Recently had a reorganisation in Finance and other support functions so there's now more work with less people to do it.
