Positive company culture. Generally friendly, polite employees. Good benefits (staff travel in particular). Progression opportunities. Good pension scheme.
Cons
Communication (sometimes things get lost in the cracks due to the company size). Pay and conditions for cabin crew are not nearly as good as they used to be in the past, but the industry as a whole has changed for the worse.
