Pros
Health insurance, travel benefits and intensive customer service training. Supervisors ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. They work ridiculously hard to try and keep their staff happy but only so much they can do.
Cons
Understaffed with hiring AND overtime freeze. New computer system does much of the work for you but limits your ability to problem solve. Bugs still being worked out and frustrated is understatement.
