Pros
Convenient for swapping your shifts if you want to go away for a weekend. It's limited to 8 swaps a week so technically you can work 3 shifts a week. You receive a raise every year on your date of hire. Basically you do not have to ask your manager for any type of raise during your entire employment with them.
Cons
Its very sonority based a lot of people who've worked in the company for many years have no problem raising their voice to anything they feel is not 'equal.' A lot of the older BA employees are very washed out, complain about everything and anything. Because the company is seniority based, prepare to have Tuesday/Wednesday off for the first 3 years of working (minimum). Employees who've worked for 10+ years are getting paid $25/hr+ to work and majority of them cannot be bothered with helping passengers . Some of the "newer" agents (less than 5 years) who are always doing their jobs correctly and make a mistake once, rules are strictly enforced. Someone who has been in the company for 10+ years makes a mistake and it gets brushed off like it never happened.
