Pros
The People, we pull together and keep each other sane.
Cons
Useless leadership team, lack empathy, understanding of the roles, they need a reality check ( actually we have just completed a corporate survey and it was claimed ' it made a sobering read'! No surprise there. Would I recommend working for the new BA. In a word no- and after 8 years service I can't wait to leave.
