Pros

-8 hour workday and paid lunch.

Cons

- upper management is very negative and complains often. -the director of retail is extremely unprofessional and will threaten to resend an offer and terminate your employment before you start the role. -You will receive no training or solutions to any of the company wide issues -The company is not inclusive of LGBTQIA+ community. If you are not a heteronormative male they will exclude you and treat you as less than. - Upper management will be upset with you if you chose to work only 40 hours. Despite no need for you to be at the store all day every day. - They expect store managers to be top salespeople. There is no focus to develop your team in store or to give them goals and hold them accountable. Upper management expects you to single handily do everything while the staff hangs out.

Pros

Literally none. I do not think I’ve had a job that made me nearly as upset as this one.

Cons

Management is extremely rude. Before I say this, I have served in the military and had numerous other high stress positions. I am currently working in one. The management here is absolutely horrendous. There is so much drama between all of the employees, especially the management. They push these sales tactics that really ends up making the customers upset. It’s a script to follow. Even upper management seemed to be passive aggressive, hypocritical and narcissistic. In addition to this, there is no break room. I noticed employees literally eat on the toilet or within feet of the restroom. Breaks are also the worst I’ve ever had. 7.5 hour 30 min break. It’s either walk 10 min out to your car and 10 min back, or sit near the restroom. Hope it’s not raining! Everything is very nit picky, and I feel like not only was I hardly trained, but I was also constantly harassed about every little thing I did wrong. I mean the slightest thing. And it wasn’t like “hey next time do this” it was basically hostile. And after 4 days and honestly only really one day of training I’m closing alone. I was not prepared at all. Bottom line: this job is a revolving door. I have met many people in this industry, and it sounds like most do not hear good things about this company.
