Pros

NONE. This place will be the death of you. Stay far away.

Cons

They treat their employees like absolute garbage. They want to bring in as many people as possible because they cannot keep any employees. They fire people before benefits are added after the 60 day probation period. If you are late by 5 mins, you are written up. If you do your job well, they change company policy so that they can terminate you the next day for not following what they decided after a night of drinking. They keep hiring....the smart people quit while the rest get terminated before 90 days. No work/life balance. No PTO until 1 year at the company if you make it that far then you have one whole week.

Pros

They have to offer a high salary, otherwise no one would ever sign up.

Cons

I would not recommend working here unless you are fully aware of what you are walking into and have limited alternatives. In my experience, the role I accepted did not align with how it functioned in practice. Representations made during recruitment differed materially from the operational reality once employed. The company culture, as I experienced it, was driven by fear rather than collaboration or structured leadership. Decision-making authority is highly centralized under CEO Sumit Majumdar. There appears to be little decentralization of authority or independent managerial discretion. Communication around expectations and policy was frequently verbal and situational. I rarely saw formalized, consistently applied written policies governing key decisions. This created an environment where employees could feel exposed if priorities shifted. Turnover appeared high during my tenure. Morale seemed closely tied to alignment with executive leadership, rather than performance metrics alone. I was also personally uncomfortable with aspects of how customer disputes were handled, particularly involving small restaurant owners. The tone and escalation approach created ethical concerns for me. The CEO approval rating on Glassdoor (approximately 7% at the time of writing) is worth reviewing carefully. That level of employee dissatisfaction is not typical in healthy organizations. My experience was marked by centralized control, lack of structural safeguards, and a culture that felt punitive rather than developmental. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Fear-Based Leadership and Extremely High Risk Environment Can't wait until I find another job.
