I found out the hard way why this company is ranked so low. Micromanaged out the wazoo. You have to wake up and take a selfie of yourself to make sure you’re wearing the uniform. You must take a picture at each stop of the place you’re going even though they have a tracker on each vehicle. Must write out each stop and take a picture and send a pic of that even though you make a notes on the SRM. MUST work 50 hours not including lunch so it’s 11 hours s day. But they won’t tell you that until you sign and start. Do not go 1mph over the speed limit or you’ll get written up. You swear you work for the CIA but actually you’re just buying fryer oil. You were just a number to this company don’t let the “ family owned “ fool you.

There's no leadership or management. The owner doesn't know what he's doing. Very unprofessional, and erratic behavior from the owner. He just randomly comes in and starts yelling at people and fires people because he has constant paranoia. There's no reasoning or logic behind what he does; no one says anything because they are afraid they are going to get fired as well. I regret accepting a job offer from them because it was an immense waste of my time and didn't learn a single thing. If you are someone who is career focused I would definitely not work here. I would much rather work at a fast food chain than this place.
