Pros
They team is completely awesome. it feels like a big family. We all have heaps of fun while getting the job done. They work around my week on week off arrangement with young kids - no other workplace has done that. A+++
Cons
My warehouse is not air conditioned, so in winter it is very cold, but not too bad. Summer is horrid and although they take measures to prevent overheating (Icy poles, and sometimes bottled water and neck coolers) it is very nearly unmanageable. I love the work and the people despite this :O)
