Not Worth It...Work Somewhere Else - Relationship Manager C-Level Connections Employee Review

Pros

New office, free tacos, pizza and bagels. Chance to leave early on Fridays.

Cons

Horrible management. The sister company is going under and Im sure C-Level will soon follow. There is no structure and the commission is a joke. The president is more concerned with going on trips instead of listening to the employees. Favoritism around the office. Management is absolutely rude and tries to find reasons to write you up. If you want to join a start up look elsewhere. This company has a high turnover for a reason. If you are a male you have no chance here.

C-Level Connections Response

Thank you for your review. We are glad you like the new office, company meals, and incentives. We are sorry that your experience at C-Level did not match our efforts. We strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all employees, and pride ourselves in treating all employees equally. Historically, it is true that women are frequently more successful in telemarketing and related fields, but currently some of our top RM’s are men, and we are actively hiring and promoting men, as well. We do enjoy our vacations, and that is why another incentive for our employees is an extra PTO day each month. Thank you for your feedback, as it will help us to continue to improve upon our workplace.

Pros

Pick your schedule and how many hours. Work at your own pace. Good training meetings and lots of clients to choose from.

Cons

Leads are not pre-qualified; you will spend hours getting hung up on so resilience and persistence are important, it can be depressing some days.

Pros

First off, I just want to say that as a guy that worked at this company, there were things that could be improved, like every company, esp startups that are still experiencing a lot of change, but i never felt like i was placed at a disadvantage for the fact that I'm a guy. The previous comments about that are clearly disgruntled employees, and made themselves pretty obvious. These guys were let go for complete lack of work ethic, bad attitudes, and inappropriate comments towards some of the female relationship managers. The base pay is about the same or better than other Inside Sales jobs. Once you build your pipeline a little bit, your commission improves significantly. An extra PTO day each month is another incentive. The president, bonnie, works in a cubicle like everybody else, and is really friendly to everyone, and never gives off an attitude like she doesn't have time to listen to her employees' problems. At the company i worked at before C-level, the management gave off an attitude when you came to them with questions, and I think i saw the CEO/president maybe once in four months, not working along with the rest of us every day like Bonnie does.

Cons

The office was up north kind of far from me, but I hear they're moving to WeWork location soon. Also, inside sales is just not really my thing.
