Pros

If you are a recent graduate looking to be hired on the spot and wanting to gain work experience then apply. Anyone else looking for an actual career please run away. They have snacks and provide breakfast and lunch a few times a week.

Cons

One of the alarming aspects of this company is the turnover rate. The amount of people that have been fired/let go is an insane amount as well as the employees that have left on their own. Its actually a running joke between employees; "whose getting fired next?" Commission structure is beyond horrible. Instead of paying you PER meeting that you have set that is determined "qualified" Clevel will make you set 12 meetings before they pay you a total of $100. Meanwhile the company gets payed by their clients a lot of money regardless for every meeting that you have set. The manager is more suited to work at a preschool classroom then an office full of adults. Sends a company email out to all the employees showing everyone the time they made their first phone call. Complete micro management where a "no cell phone policy" rule went out as well. Vacation days are given but are looked down upon when you take a day. They fail to notice that each account is different and some are harder or easier to get meetings on. Or better said, they notice but do not care and expect everyone to perform the same.

Pros

Pick your schedule and how many hours. Work at your own pace. Good training meetings and lots of clients to choose from.

Cons

Leads are not pre-qualified; you will spend hours getting hung up on so resilience and persistence are important, it can be depressing some days.

Pros

First off, I just want to say that as a guy that worked at this company, there were things that could be improved, like every company, esp startups that are still experiencing a lot of change, but i never felt like i was placed at a disadvantage for the fact that I'm a guy. The previous comments about that are clearly disgruntled employees, and made themselves pretty obvious. These guys were let go for complete lack of work ethic, bad attitudes, and inappropriate comments towards some of the female relationship managers. The base pay is about the same or better than other Inside Sales jobs. Once you build your pipeline a little bit, your commission improves significantly. An extra PTO day each month is another incentive. The president, bonnie, works in a cubicle like everybody else, and is really friendly to everyone, and never gives off an attitude like she doesn't have time to listen to her employees' problems. At the company i worked at before C-level, the management gave off an attitude when you came to them with questions, and I think i saw the CEO/president maybe once in four months, not working along with the rest of us every day like Bonnie does.

Cons

The office was up north kind of far from me, but I hear they're moving to WeWork location soon. Also, inside sales is just not really my thing.
