Pros
Great place to work if you like variety with your work. Lots of exciting projects coming up which will have a positive impact on the direction of the business. Flat line management structure with easy access to execs/directors. Every ability to succeed if you have the right headspace and initiative. Sydney office Culture and the people are great and they were the main reason I stayed there for so long. Leadership comms has significantly improved in recent years and local management are listening a lot more to staff feedback and implementing real (sustainable) changes.
Cons
It’s not for everyone. Fast paced, wide variety of work in some roles, can be long hours especially with UK involvement and goalposts on projects or initiatives do sometimes change as deliverables are re-evaluated. But this is common amongst any business.
