      Pros

      Glad I read reviews here before I started, low rating reviews were true. Free breakfast and coffee, Clean modern office. Good technology, a few great people (but they quit).

      Cons

      Inexperienced staff, not from industry. Managers ignore you, go missing through day. Toxic management. Favoritism, lowest salary in industry, low staff moral, 'yes boss' culture, recruiting new staff every 3 weeks. Existing staff had to figure it out themselves. Customers always screaming at you.

      Changes happen often and quickly and not ideal for people who just want to check in and out of a 9-5 job
