Working at CPI Solutions was a great experience. As a technology company that has to react quickly to an always changing industry, CPI is able to offer it's employees experience in all facets of the business. Employees will have the opportunity to be exposed to and involved in sales, marketing, operations, and strategic planning in an environment that rewards hard work. Talented people go far at CPI, and management has many times over the years created new positions and roles to recognize and reward deserving employees. Personally, I built the foundations of my career at CPI and the experience of working in an environment in which you will be asked to think outside the box and work with a high degree of autonomy has been a major component of my success. In addition, the owners gave me amazing reviews when used as references in subsequent years, even though we didn't necessarily see eye to eye when my time at CPI came to an end. There is a great senior management team that has been together for many years and they do personally care about each employee.

You will be challenged at CPI. It is not a place to simply punch a time card. This is actually a benefit in my eyes, but for some it could be considered a con.
