Very poor on-boarding and induction process - Anonymous CRISIL Employee Review

HRs are very lazy and they never pro-actively complete their work. On-boarding process is too long. It takes a lot of time for you get all your accesses and even your system running. Training (KT) is very poor, CRISIL doesn't believe in providing proper training even when they allocate a month to the on-boarding process.
