Pros
- Learning curve was excellent from the many intelligent people who fall into the CRISIL brand name trap - Ideal for men who are not career oriented and want a lazy life. You don't get kicked out of the organization. - Ideal for married women who wouldn't want to spend too much time in office. Obviously you won't get promotion, but yeah, you won't be kicked out... so enjoy with stable income.
Cons
- Pathetic management. Kinda looks like a family managed business currently, by looking at the middle level management. - Managers have poor skill sets. But yeah, if you are a good pal to the family, you will get promoted irrespective of your skills. - Very bad pay scale. Management doesn't care about the employees. - Favouritism in promotion, increments and no transparency whatsoever.
