Pros
The only pros working in CRISIL is the work-life balance. No after-work hours calls (unless absolutely necessary) (depends on your reporting manager as well)
Cons
Cons is a lengthy list. Most of the managers have no idea how to manage a team and favor internal politics a lot. The growth is painfully slow, good luck with getting a promotion if you're not your manager's buddy. Hike/increment is a joke. Every year you give your best and on return your annual CTC is raised by pennies. Some employees still have the Marathi-first concept in offices. Beware if you're an outsider.
