      Pros

      Flexible work timings, good transport facilities, sufficient onsite opportunities, excellent tools and processes in place to help with day to day activities.

      Cons

      Confusing and often dysfunctional management structure, lots of perks and employee benefits being curbed/consolidated with a view to cut overhead costs, very limited career growth opportunities within company, underwhelming hikes and bonuses, very limited opportunities for promotion due to internal politics

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
