      Pros

      - Owns lots of long Running Projects - Holds a good brand name with customers for its quality products and also efficient workforce - Good Work Life Balance - Transparent CTC(Unlike other service providers, it won't cut your basic pay component much) - Project specific good onsite oppurtunities

      Cons

      - Rarely you get paid full 5% variable pay component. most of the time it is less than 2.5% - Internal project movement is very tough - No bench concept , you can hardly stay in bench for 2 months .

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
