      Pros

      Good co-workers. Good training opportunities, but very few good trainers. Good source of Online books and learning tools. Opportunities for higher education. Well documented policies and procedures.

      Cons

      No much opportunities for learning and growth. Poor package (Not in standard with the market). Clumsy implementation of policies and procedures which make hard to get things cleared. Poor performance and appraisal system. Poor middle management and no transparency.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
