Cons
Salaries that can't be named great (or sometimes even OK given the years experience in the field). Highly specialized language(GraphTalk AIA) and financial business logic - if you decide to change the company it will be a disadvantage. Best to aim for a PM or team lead positions - those experiences will stay relevant. French management. Slow processes as in most big companies. A lot of paper work.
