Pros
Good flexible rewards package. Plenty of opportunities for development. Good e-Learning tools.
Cons
No work life balance for those working on the front line delivering to clients. 60+ hours a week was needed. Not to delivery the projects but for all the CSC administration. Mobile workers could spend a couple of hours each week booking hotels and processing their expenses claims. Emails requesting internal admin tasks would arrive in rapid succession. There was compulsory training models that could only be done in ones 'spare time'. Reporting and admin tools were getting better but still behind the curve. It was the old case of cobblers children with no shoes.
