      Pros

      This is a global, complex, and multi-faceted company with pockets of excellent talent; finding one of those pockets is the secret to success.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is fixated on managing the company like a wind-up toy, taking advice from consultants and financial advisers that hold with the notion if you have a certain ratio of one kind of debt to another kind of income and look like an idealized cookie-cutter version of an "ideal" company, then you've achieved success. No overarching vision, no inspired leadership, just a bunch of financial metrics designed to trigger key payout terms for the CEO and CFO. Avoid this place as it implodes over the next 6 months.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
