      Pros

      CSC is a very good company to work with as a fresher. Lots of learning's in different different projects and cool work environment. No managerial or work pressures , average hikes every year when compared to other orgs. Company and leave policies are very much clear and transparent.

      Cons

      No Value for employees who have been associated with CSC for a long time. Onsite opportunities are limited, when it comes to individual resource.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
