      Pros

      CSC is good about providing nice positions for individuals coming straight out of college and giving them a chance (no experience). The application process and hiring process is commendable. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are very nice.

      Cons

      Once in your position there isn't much room for advancement. I would suggest using the Educational Assistance program to your advantage and get a couple of degrees/certifications. Also, where other companies show genuine appreciation for their employees, you can almost forget that you are working for CSC. There are no bonuses, incentives, Christmas parties, or any other perks. Starting pay is really not competetive at all; raises are nickel and dimed.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
