Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to know that you found the flexibility, remote setup, and support from colleagues to be positive aspects of your experience. I understand your concerns regarding compensation and the nature of the work. With regard to pay, assignment fees are determined based on factors such as the scope of work, service type, and effort involved, and we aim to keep this aligned with industry benchmarks. That said, I understand that this may not always feel competitive. Regarding the work feeling monotonous, we recognize that certain types of assignments can become repetitive over time. Where possible, we do try to provide opportunities for editors to work on varied or more specialized tasks, based on performance and availability. If you’d be open to it, I’d be happy to understand your experience in more detail. Please feel free to reach out to me at sushmitha.s1@cactusglobal.com. Warm Regards, Sushmitha Srinivasan Freelance Engagement Specialist

Pros

Not many I can think of.

Cons

There is not much area for growth for this position. Maybe this is common for similar positions in other companies, too.
