Cadmus does a great job at caring about the people who work there. I always felt like my manager cared about me and wanted me to succeed.

Communication can get muddled sometimes, so it really depends on your manager.

Contractor Care: Working at Cadmus has been a great experience; the company treats me very well, offering great pay, flexible hours, and paid leave provisions that exceed industry standards. Another thing that I really appreciate is that when there was an increase in workload demand, I could see that management was doing everything to support me with additional devices, and even a care package straight from Australia! - People: The colleagues here are amazing as well. They are super welcoming, always willing to help, and experts in their fields! - Values-Led: Everyone in the company I spoke with believes in the mission and vision, creating a positive and motivating company culture.

The infrastructure for contractor management (invoicing, leave tracking, historical pay data) is currently decentralized. I miss the efficiency of the all-in-one HR dashboards used at my previous organization. That said, I have noticed positive steps toward streamlining these workflows recently.
