Good Flexibility- varied roles at part-time which is positive. Things like Summer Flex allow employees to temporarily change hours to enjoy family time.

Management lacks diversity- very few (if any) women in management roles.
Favouritism exists, unless you play the game you’ll be overlooked for promotion.
Specialists in the HVAC industry, particularly acoustics and air movement. Can be an interesting place/projects to work on if any interest of acoustics or engineering
Cons
Can be very technical with a steep learning curve if no prior experience or knowledge of acoustics. All of the Directors are long standing work/life friends as well - make of this what you will.
