Pros

I could find absolutely no pros, benefits, chinks of light. positivity during my interview experience

Cons

You will be interviewed by at least 5 managers/senior managers, before you are treated with absolute disdain and disrespect by the CEO. One of the most awful experiences of my career and was glad to dodge a bullet by not joining 'his organisation'. Clearly the CEO doesn't trust any of his time to make any decisions. Toxic.

Hello. We are sad to hear that you did not enjoy your interview process. Many candidates write to us to say that even when not successful our process bought time for reflection and helped them define their career choices and goals. Unfortunately we are not able to tell what role you interviewed for, or indeed who you met during this process. But I can see that you clearly went a fair way through the process so assume something at least encouraged you to continue that journey that you do not mention here. We would like to wish you the best of luck with your onward journey and career.

Pros

Met some interesting people, had some interesting conversations.

Cons

Was constantly hearing bad stories about upper management. I only experienced the CEO expressing minor annoyance and paranoia a couple of times. My line manager always seemed to be treading water, fixated on dev-ops ceremonies, and didn't respect the opinions of his peers. The guy who was the "expert" for my field practised management by spreadsheet and was completely out of his depth, always obsessing about his approach to the work and inflicting his opinion on everyone else. Spent too much time having to plan for travel or hear about everyone's travel plans. Wasted so much time in the company's ongoing recruitment drive which pushes most of the work of interviewing and filtering candidates onto regular employees.
