Pros
If you get a good first assignment this is a great employer. You need to be good at office politics for that, though. The people and culture are good.
Cons
You can get stuck in awful assignments, or internal "busy work" projects. Pay is meh if you don't get a great first assignment. They've cut down a lot on after work activity spending. Read somewhere they recently let go of 100+ people.
