Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the onboarding process at Capgemini structured and that you received good support during your initial transition. Providing a smooth start with clear communication, timely assistance, and the right resources is an important focus for us, and it is encouraging to know that this has contributed positively to your experience. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the lack of guidance for filling attendance. We understand that clear instructions on day-to-day processes—such as attendance reporting, tools to be used, timelines, and points of contact—are essential for new joiners to feel confident and avoid unnecessary confusion. Your insights are valuable as we continue to strengthen onboarding communication and improve process clarity by ensuring employees receive timely, step-by-step guidance and appropriate support for attendance-related requirements. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts and for being a valued part of Capgemini. Wishing you continued learning, growth, and success in your career journey ahead.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
