Pros

I spend almost 4.5 years in Capgemini. But did not see any Pros. I stayed for so long due to personal reasons.

Cons

Worst company ever worked... 1) Frequent lay off...After every project or twice a year. 2) Should be last option for people on work permit visa (H1B), because of frequent lay off...this will impact visa status. 3) No career growth. Rare training opportunity...Can't change department even though projects are not available. 4) Force employees to travel every week at client location. 5) High Stress to complete project in short duration, so company can earn huge profit. 6) Very less annual bonus. 7) Resource manager are least bothered to find and allocate project. Finally employees are laid off. 8) Employees are least important, they ask employees to do whatever client ask to do, even though it's out of scope, and without willingness of employees to do, this really demotivate people. 9) Employees on bench, are treated as Garbage, and make them work on documentation instead of training them on new skills. 10) Poor promotion policy.

Pros

Great ppl to work with, very collaborative environment. Great benefits, WLB, and paid time off.

Cons

Brand and off shore could be better delivery, no incentives to retain ppl.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
