Pros
Pros are nothing. It was just like working for any public sector firm, where no pressure, no dedications in the senior employees. After merger with Igate they lost all the good senior employees due to loss in business and expansion. People here are just working for their survival with no futuristic aim.
Cons
No appraisal. No on-site opportunity. If you are a fresher don't join this firm as it will ruin your career. For tester its a good firm. HR department here is very lazy and unprofessional. They dont reply to your mail nor they listen to the queries or problems faced by the employees during the work. Nobody here knows about the policy as policy keeps changing on daily basis.
