      Pros

      Everyone from Grad -> perm starts on same salary

      Cons

      Promises movement within company - however very slow Need to be "flagged" the year before to get a promotion - so essentially need to have been in your role at least 1.5 years Better benefits (private healthcare etc) only available to more senior staff unless you choose to salary sacrifice
