      They are good with the benefits, like some of the programs they offer for the employees. The culture the CEO created is welcoming.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great, and the 401k wasn’t as easy as my last place.

      Very welcoming company starting with the onboarding process. Very impressed by their social awareness and appreciation. Very progressive company overall.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option. Lack of advancement within the department.
