I could write an entire novel (Maybe I will!) but in summary if you value your mental and emotional well being do not work here. Some examples of what the staff experienced during my time there is: 1. The President of the company having full on tantrums screaming profanities, throwing objects, kicking his office furniture and slamming his door so hard the walls shook. The Owner is fully aware and allows this, all he cares about it his profit. 2. Unethical, Outdated and Inefficient business practices exacerbated by a deliberate understaffing and under qualified staffing in an idiotic attempt to save money on output yet this always comes back in tens of thousands lost to errors and unpaid accounts due to dissatisfied customers, incompetent installers and overburdened project managers. 3. Rather than resolve the above issues by investing in solutions and staff rest assured if you work here the pressure on you will be enormous to force clients to accept substandard work and products at a premium and woe be it to you if you can’t get water from a rock. 4. After leaving this employer the quality of my mental, physical and emotional well being increased exponentially and I can’t believe I dealt with this environment as long as I did.
