Pros
Pay is good, peers are collaborative, everyone is willing to lend a hand. The consulting side of the business is very competent and well trained in the technologies they offer services on and resell.
Cons
There are two Managing Partners, one leading sales and one leading the services side of the business. The managing partner on the sales side expects that most of your time outside of work belongs to the business. They do not advocate any type of work/life balance. Rather than be candid by preparing someone for the role, which would include a solid plan regarding territory responsibilities, Solidified KPIs, compensation structure, they just wing it. Micromanagement for new hires, and free reign for tenured reps who already own most accounts.
