Product is best in class and built for future as requirements and needs change. Leadership team is great, from middle management to CEO, everyone is engaged and willing to help.

This is not a con, but to be successful at CaptivateIQ you need to willing to dive into the product at a deeper level than som other SaaS companies, and understand value points of platform. This can be intimidating at first, but team will help ramp and help you gain that understanding, you just have to be willing to lean in.
