Pros
Great benefits, really great coworkers/ kind people, incentive plan was OK. Enablement and HR were lovely teams to work alongside.
Cons
Nearly 50% of leadership and all BDRs either quit or were fired in the past 6 months. Very toxic culture in the BDR org (they PIP like crazy and treat you as a cog in the machine, not a human). Leadership believed more dialing would result in the team hitting their quota - this product is more of a nice to have and the ICP is really hard to sell into. It’s also a technical product with a lot of competition. There’s really no transparency in the company and room for BDRs to grow is extremely limited (only 3 BDRs have been promoted in the past 2 years and they were in the same role for multiple years with promises of promotions but lack of opportunities). I’ve never been at a company with such low morale in their BDRs - extreme micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking to become a BDR to work here. It left me feeling depleted and undervalued.
