My manager and direct team members were amazing.
Cons
Overall management of the organisation was pretty dire. Commission structure was confusing and archaic. Some of the managers were old friends of senior managers. Progression was non-existent. The style of recruitment was stuck in 1995. IT systems were so outdated it was painful.
