Documentation is straightforward 5. At least at the office that I am contracted out of I feel heard regarding my issues. 6. They pay better than the hospitals. 7. If you are flexible they will be flexible too.

1. Paperwork for your shift is due that day and you cannot check in for another shift until that paperwork is complete. 2. Some items of the paperwork is repeated needlessly. (There is a reason for it but still annoying) 3. If you work nights, Saturday to Sunday; the pay week ends on Saturday at midnight so the Sunday hours won’t be counted in your pay. It will be added to the following week’s pay.
