Pros
The employees are of high quality. It is a pleasure to work with most of the people because of this. If desired there is the possibility for a significant independence to do your job as you see best fit as long as you deliver. The culture is very direct which not everyone likes but I felt was refreshing.
Cons
The Human Ressources and people management are poor. The focus is mainly on reducing costs and though work life balance is talked about, it is not implemented. There is very little development culture and a key issue in retention for younger employees (twenties and thirties).
